The Boise State Alumni Association’s Broncos Out and About program is devoted to providing Boise State alumni and friends with a chance to keep active – physically and mentally. Do you want to explore the great outdoors with other passionate Bronco alumni, friends, fans and families? Join us this summer and fall as we explore new ways to bring Broncos together for fun engagement activities.
Leinenkugel’s River Clean Up
Saturday, Sept. 8
As Broncos who give back to our community, alumni and friends will help with the 94.9 The River and Leinenkugel’s annual clean-up of the Boise River. This project is a fun way to provide service to our community, proudly represent Boise State, and get some exercise while we do our part to ensure this beautiful landmark remains something we are proud to showcase here in the City of Trees. Participants will also have a chance to win some awesome concert tickets! Sign-ups begin on Monday, Aug. 20 on the 94.9 The River website.
Time: 9:45 a.m.–1 p.m.
Location: Meet at Veteran’s Memorial Park
9:45 a.m. – Meet at Veteran’s Memorial park
11 a.m.-1 p.m. – Walk over to the after-party at The Dutch Goose for cool drinks, great food and a chance to win prizes. This event is family friendly.
5:15 p.m. – Continue the party at the first Boise State home football game where the Broncos will host UConn. Your ticket to the game is also your ticket to our first home Bronco Bash at the Alumni and Friends Center.
