The Bronco Zone opens Tuesday, April 7th with new menus.
Don’t forget, lunch is served Tuesday through Thursday each week during the academic school year from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch is a buffet each day for $7.99 (+tax) per person. Drinks are $1.25 including refills. You only have five weeks remaining to enjoy this great lunch offer!!
The new lunch line-up is as follows:
Tuesday:
- Chipotle cilantro glaze Tilapia
- southwest style grilled vegetables with serrano lime oil
- chili lime pork loin with roasted apple glaze
- roasted potato with herbs onions and peppers
- corn & black bean salad
- Caesar salad
- rolls and butter
- flan with fresh berries
Wednesday:
- Grilled chicken with Thai sweet chili glaze
- Jasmine rice
- Shrimp & vegetable stir fry
- rice noodles
- fresh salad greens with 2 dressings
- Asian slaw
- rolls and butter
- fresh fruit tart
Thursday:
- Lemon oregano chicken
- ham and asparagus orzo
- flank steak balsamic grain mustard sauce
- pan fried smashed potatoes

- fresh tomato and cucumber salad with sweet balsamic drizzle

General parking permits can be purchased for $3.00 from the Athletic Department Ticket Office. Permits can be pre-purchased for your future visits.
