Bronco Alumni Chapters
Chapters are formed as affiliate organizations of the BSU Alumni Association and can be created either because of geographic location, through social affinity, or by professional or academic interest. An application to start a chapter is made to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. All chapters are created under the Alumni Association umbrella and are designed to support the missions of the University and the Boise State Alumni Association.
Regional Chapters can be chartered anywhere in the world where a large group of energetic Broncos live.
Professional Chapters are created when alumni are interested in getting together through their professional or academic affiliation. Examples would include accountants, biology majors, Boeing employees, and banking professionals. Construction Management has a current alumni chapter.
Social Chapters are created around special interests or social affiliations. Examples would include former cheerleaders, former ASBSU officers, and graduates that were members of student service organizations. Intercollegiate Knights is a current example of a social chapter.
