Alumni Center Vision
"I believe in the famous words of Chicago architect Daniel Burnham, 'Make no small plans.' The destiny of Boise State University and public higher education in general requires each and every one of us to recognize our roles as stewards of this university." – Bob Kustra, President, Boise State University
The question is simple, but the answer is significant. The question: "Why do we need an alumni center?" The answer" "The Future of Boise State University rests on relationships — both the ones we have and the ones yet to be forged."
From the outside looking in, this beautiful and technologically advanced building will serve the needs of the alumni, the campus, and even the students in terms of event and meeting space, as a repository for traditions, and as a home for all Broncos. Building a state of the art structure built with every beauty and integrity is just a building until the people who inhabit it bring it to life.
From the outside looking out, this building solidifies the partnership between all facets of the University Advancement Team. By housing alumni, development, and marketing & communications under one roof, the team becomes just that—a powerful outreach machine that will generate alumni engagement, financial support, and advocacy for the University as it transforms into a metropolitan research university of distinction. This building will become the icon or visible symbol of Bronco pride and tradition and the foundation of our future.
